History

Cathy began her full time Real Estate career in 1986 when she joined Century 21 Katy.  She quickly emerged as one of the top selling and marketing agents in the West Houston area.  After spending several years working in the REMAX system, she developed her own company,  Real Estate Services of America.  During this time she worked with REO clients, investor groups, as well as working in property management.

In 1997 Cathy had the opportunity to develop commercial properties in the Montgomery County area.  In 1998 she developed Park On The Lake RV park on Lake Conroe which is still a successful enterprise today.  During this period, Cathy decided to devote all her time to business development.  In 2010 she decided to go back to full time residential real estate sales and spent a year refreshing and honing her skills to meet the demand of the ever changing Real Estate market. In 2020 Cathy and her daughter, Lindsay, started Howard Home Realty to better serve her listing and buyer clients. Lindsay does hands on real estate service support and has technical advancement in marketing, which is so necessary in todays listing environment. Howard Home Realty has focus around the Central Houston area along with Conroe, Lake Conroe, The Woodlands, Huntsville, Montgomery, Willis, Lake Livingston, Livingston and Trinity.
